Did you know that some people can make books by hand? They make the covers and bind all the pages and everything! Gosh! I think that’s insanely clever. I wanted to give it a go, but figured I should leave the binding to the pros and start with something really simple, like a little notebook.
I found a lovely blog called one crafty writer that has a great tutorial for a simple matchbook style notebook. You can check out the tutorial here.
Here’s my end result:
I decided to cover my notebook with textured paper.
I used paper with a slight linen-type texture for the note paper to make it a little bit fancy.
I really like writing lists.
